This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing a sales team, reporting on sales performance, training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be involved in crafting and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Operations, and achieving sales targets
Strong customer relationship management and new business development skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
Excellent leadership, team management, and training skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales metrics and create performance reports
Familiarity with FMCG distribution and market trends is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
