Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
Oversee client relationship management, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Recruit, train, and manage new agents to build a high-performing sales team.
Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Manage property listings, negotiations, and closings while supporting team members with transactions.
Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the UAE real estate market.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of RERA/DLD rules and regulations (Broker Card is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
UAE Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
