Budget Home Technical Services LLC

is a fast-growing home maintenance and fit-out company in Dubai. We work with premium villas, apartments, and offices, providing high-quality maintenance and renovation services.

We are looking for a motivated

Sales & Business Development Manager

to join our team and help us grow.

What you'll do:

Find new clients and business opportunities (residential & commercial) Build partnerships with real estate companies, property managers, and brokers Respond to leads and follow up on quotations Promote our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and services Achieve monthly sales targets and report results

What we're looking for:

Sales experience in home maintenance, fit-out, facility management, or similar industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Existing network in Dubai real estate/property sector is a plus Ability to work independently and hit targets UAE driving license preferred Knowledge of Russian language is advantage
