Tasks

What you'll do:




Drive sales growth and business development across the Middle East and neighboring markets Develop and execute regional sales strategies and marketing plans Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams Prepare quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries Manage key client accounts and ensure consistent customer satisfaction Build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty Anticipate and address specific customer needs and participate in customer-related projects Create and manage sales reports and KPIs Analyze sales performance, costs, and profitability Support budgeting and revenue development activities Recommend improvements based on benchmarking and variance analysis Ensure contracted services are delivered to agreed standards Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to align services with customer expectations

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:




At least 2 years of relevant professional experience Practical experience in sales (preferably of aviation products) Background in aviation is a strong advantage Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a definite plus Proficiency in IT tools, especially MS Office Experience with composite materials or comparable aviation components is a strong asset Demonstrated experience working within the Middle East market is a plus Existing network of contacts in the region is highly advantageous Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent commercial awareness and analytical thinking Highly organized, with strong research and reporting skills Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Proactive, innovative, and self-driven Willingness to travel internationally as needed
