business side (sales & client relationships)

What You'll Do:
Assess and understand
MEP-related issues
for clients and offer effective solutions.
Generate and close new business opportunities in Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts and deliver on revenue targets.
Collaborate with management to design sales strategies and market initiatives.
Provide technical support and ensure
client satisfaction from pitch to delivery.
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or Engineering.
2+ years of UAE experience in MEP/Contracting/Construction
(mandatory).
Strong background in
real estate, facility management, or property services
(advantage).
Proven track record of
meeting sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills with both technical and commercial awareness.
Knowledge of Dubai's building codes and regulations.
Valid UAE driver's license.
