Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead a team of Zoom sales agents. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in

conducting Zoom meetings

, managing remote teams, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Zoom agents to achieve sales targets Conduct client meetings, presentations, and virtual tours on Zoom Train, coach, and motivate the team to improve performance Track KPIs and prepare regular sales reports Work with marketing and operations to generate leads and close deals

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Sales Manager / Team Lead

Strong knowledge of

Zoom sales presentations & virtual client handling

Experience in managing a sales team (real estate background preferred) Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office & CRM tools Must be based in Dubai
