Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and report results to senior management. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Ensure the team adheres to company policies, values, and goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
