SALARY AED 8000 TO AED10,000 +INCENTIVES
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and build relationships with distributors, retailers, interior designers, contractors, and key clients.
Manage and expand the company's sales network locally and internationally.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in
carpets, flooring, textiles, or related industry
.
Strong B2B & B2C sales background.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Knowledge of export markets (preferred).
Valid UAE/GCC driving license
