Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a real estate sales management role within the Dubai market.
Must possess a verifiable and strong network of contacts with major real estate brokerages and independent agents in Dubai.
Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property areas, regulations (RERA), and market dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is essential.
