Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Sobha Realty. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process within the luxury real estate market. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with high-value clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic planning Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the luxury real estate sector
In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulatory frameworks
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Polish, Turkish, or French.
