Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Oversee the entire sales process -- from lead generation to deal closing.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, and property developers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance performance and product knowledge.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
Handle escalated client concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
UAE driving license (preferred).
