Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the client base.
Leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to deliver customized insurance solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Preferably 5 years of experience in insurance sales within the UAE market.
Strong network and preferably an existing portfolio of clients.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (CII certification is a plus).
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
