Sales Manager
to support its continued growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
Actively drive sales of residential and commercial units across the company's property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities
Maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market to provide insights on pricing and customer trends
Guide and mentor junior sales staff, providing training and support when needed
Ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative approach and professional after-sales support
Report sales progress and pipeline updates to senior management on a regular basis
Attend property exhibitions, roadshows, and industry networking events as a company representative
Requirements:
4-5 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 2 years with developer
Prior experience with a UAE-based property developer or real estate agency is strongly preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape and RERA regulations
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
