is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will promote and sell luxury properties to potential buyers and agents, leveraging your expertise in real estate and market trends to deliver exceptional client experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

:
- B2B and B2C sales
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.
- Showcase available properties to potential buyers and highlight key features.
- Source and connect with potential buyers (both by Direct sources or indirect)
- Conduct site visits and prepare presentations
- Own monthly sales targets as per the annual overall sales target
- Prepare and manage contracts, payment plans, and other documentation related to the sales process.
- Ensure all sales adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Develop client database and update CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and brokers.
- Provide a consultative sales approach, advising clients on the benefits of the development and its investment potential.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them with financing options, market trends, and legal processes.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in real estate / developer Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market and customer dynamics.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing sales teams. Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to perform under pressure and excel in high-pressure situations. Fluent in English (
