Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial gases
Generate new business and manage existing customer accounts
Meet monthly and annual sales targets
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Attend trade shows and industry events
Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
Lead and support a team of sales executives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of sales experience in industrial or specialty gases
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Knowledge of gas applications and market segments
Team leadership experience is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
