Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Create, grow & lead a team of sales executives
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and upselling
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align on client needs and campaign strategies

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (preferably in the marketing, advertising, or media sector)
Strong network of UAE-based clients and decision-makers
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Results-driven with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
