Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
Manage and mentor the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance
Drive new business development, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
Oversee pricing, credit facility management, and timely collection of payments
Monitor sales KPIs, product movement, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with internal policies, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
Conduct competitor and market analysis to adjust strategies as needed
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams for tenders and proposals
Prepare management reports on sales performance, variances, and market trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in regional sales management (preferably in the construction or FMCG sector)
Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and credit control procedures
UAE market experience is an advantage
Performance Expectations:
Personal sales target: AED 2,000,000/month with 10% gross profit margin
Maintain 95%+ collection efficiency
Achieve KPIs related to customer growth, product branding, and market penetration
