Job Description

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential interior fit-out sectors. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. Understand client needs and propose tailored fit-out solutions, working closely with design and estimation teams. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in coordination with internal departments. Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new project opportunities. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company's services. Lead and manage the sales team (if applicable), set KPIs, and monitor performance. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project handover coordination with operations and project management teams. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
