Key Responsibilities:

Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and generate reports for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance performance.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
Requirements:
