Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve KPIs. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in sales leadership roles (preferably 2-5 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualities

Empathetic leadership style with the ability to motivate diverse teams. High emotional intelligence and client-centered approach. Multilingual abilities (if applicable to your market). Experience in Retail sales, B2B.
