With 12 years of success in Dubai's real estate industry, Investment Experts is a trusted name in both primary and secondary property markets. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a growing team and deliver strong performance across the secondary sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ real estate agents

Set performance targets and ensure consistent achievement

Be actively involved in daily market activities and client meetings

Oversee deal progress, listings, and client relationship management

Guide agents through negotiations, closing, and follow-ups

Monitor market trends and stay informed on pricing, regulations, and competition

Provide training and support to help the team reach sales goals

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market

RERA certified with a strong closing history

Proven experience managing at least 10 agents

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to be physically present in the market daily

In-depth understanding of Dubai's property landscape
