Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Onboarding:
Identify, approach, and onboard new hospitals and medical institutions to our network or service platform.
Doctor Recruitment Support:
Understand hospital requirements and assist in recruiting and onboarding doctors across various specializations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, medical directors, and HR personnel.
Business Development:
Explore new opportunities for partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers to expand outreach and services.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between hospitals and medical professionals, ensuring smooth communication and placement processes.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of hospital partnerships, doctor placements, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales, hospital relations, or similar roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare environments and hospital operations.
Proficiency with basic digital tools (MS Office, email, mobile apps).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hospital accounts.
