Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across corporate, travel agents, events, and group bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
Develop tailored proposals for meetings, conferences, weddings, and long-stay corporate bookings
Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and participate in industry trade shows or networking events
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful execution of bookings and packages
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly room night and revenue targets
Maintain sales reports, lead logs, and CRM updates accurately
Provide market feedback and assist in rate structuring and promotions
Desired Profile:
2-5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, DMCs, and corporate client networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and well-presented
Familiarity with hotel PMS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
