We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Consultant Manager

to lead our

business setup sales team

in Dubai. If you have a strong background in

UAE company formation (Free Zone & Mainland)

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and managing a team of consultants, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will also play a strategic role in expanding our client base and streamlining sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business setup sales consultants Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and company revenue targets Support team members with client meetings, deal closures, and expert consultation Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback Drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships Handle key clients and provide expert guidance on company formation, licensing, and visa processes Stay updated with changes in UAE business setup laws and regulations Coordinate with internal departments (legal, PRO, admin) for seamless service delivery Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for upper management

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years of experience

in UAE business setup sales, with at least 4

-5 years in a leadership or managerial role

Strong knowledge of

Mainland and Freezone

company formation procedures Proven track record in

team management and sales performance improvement

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure Fluency in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus) Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred) Must be

currently based in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
