highly specialised Sales Manager

to expand their market presence and drive new business opportunities.

Job Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities within the construction sector, focusing on infrastructure projects, utilities, and building solutions. This role demands a candidate with proven expertise in technical or industrial product sales, a strong industry network, and a results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and project developments. Collaborate with internal teams including technical, operations, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager in the construction, utilities, or building solutions sector.

Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE and Middle East. Experience in technical/industrial product sales (e.g., MEP, HVAC, water systems, fire safety, building automation, etc.) preferred. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Target-driven with a strategic, solutions-based sales approach. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
