The Role

Position Title:

Sales Manager - Real Estate, Aviation, Luxury Retail & Hospitality (5 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED depending on experience and qualifications Additional Package Includes: Comprehensive family benefits, single allowance (for solo professionals), and an industry-leading commission structure Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based property development company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. : o Recruit, train, and lead a team of 3-4 Sales Executives. o Drive property sales across both residential and commercial projects. o Develop and execute effective sales strategies and monthly action plans. o Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team. o Maintain deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, pricing trends, and customer needs.



Requirements

40 years old and below o Minimum 2 years experience in the similar role from real estate, aviation, high-end retail and hospitality. o Proven track record of closing primary market deals o Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial property markets is an added advantage
