Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy specifically for ambulance services, targeting key accounts and market segments. Lead and mentor a sales team, providing training and guidance on ambulance service sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings. Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales targets, and track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective promotional campaigns. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and technological advancements in the ambulance service sector. Manage the sales budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Demonstrates 5+ years of progressive experience in ambulance sales Has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships. Displays exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Exhibits leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Fluent in English and any other additional languages like Arabic is a plus
