ISEZA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a
strong background
in corporate services and company formation in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by providing expert advice on business setup solutions, licensing, and regulatory compliance to both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult clients on various company formation options across all UAE jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
Advise clients on appropriate business license types, legal structures, and regulatory requirements.
Stay up to date with UAE government regulations, free zone policies, and company setup processes.
Prepare and present customized business setup proposals and service packages based on client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to client onboarding and handover to operations.
Collaborate closely with legal, PRO, and operations teams to ensure smooth and compliant company incorporation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Participate in sales strategy development, lead generation, and conversion efforts.
Attend networking events and industry forums to represent the company and generate business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
A results-driven professional with at least
3+ years of experience
in corporate services, preferably within the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE business setup, licensing options, and government procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
