Position: Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for real estate? Pinnacle Prestige Properties LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
Drive performance across off-plan, secondary, rental, and commercial segments.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure high client satisfaction through quality service and relationship management.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in UAE real estate.
Deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary market.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
RERA certification is a plus.
