Job Description

The Role

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. o Drive business growth by promoting media and production services. o Lead regional sales operations in line with company strategy. o Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. o Establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence. o Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions. o Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. o Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. o Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. o Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and brand integrity

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. o Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the media, advertising, or production industry. o Strong understanding of the UAE and wider GCC market dynamics. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. o Proven ability to manage and grow high-value client accounts. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. o Self-motivated with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
