Job Description

We are looking for a

highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager

to join our car rental company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 5 years of proven experience

in a

reputed car rental company

in the UAE, with a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Generate new business leads and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and retail customers. Manage existing client accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Identify market trends and adjust sales tactics to stay competitive. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets. Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the company.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience in a Sales Superviosor / Sales Manager role

within a

reputed car rental company

in the UAE. Strong understanding of car rental operations, pricing, and local market dynamics. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
