Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Manager
to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing business opportunities in
consumables for Joinery units (woodworking factories)
across the region. This role involves building strong professional relationships with both new and existing clients, maintaining an up-to-date customer database, and contributing to the growth of our product portfolio within the woodworking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the woodworking and joinery sector throughout the UAE.
Promote and sell consumables such as
Wood Working
Machines, Spare parts, adhesives,
and other relevant products to woodworking factories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits to generate leads, understand customer requirements, and gather market intelligence.
Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date customer database with detailed sales records and client interactions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor product offerings based on client needs and market trends.
Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management review.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
2-5 years of B2B or industrial sales experience in the UAE, preferably within the woodworking or related industry.
Industry Background:
Experience in
woodworking Machinery, spare parts, adhesives, or similar consumables
is highly advantageous.
License:
Valid UAE driver's license is required.
Language:
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Sales Performance:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing long-term client relationships.
