Oversee sales operations from lead generation to deal closure.
Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience in real estate sales
, Mandatory in Dubai real estate.

2 years of experience managing a sales team
in Dubai Real estate
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
RERA certification is a plus.
