The Role

Position Title:

Sales Manager (5 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Family benefits and commission per sale Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based property development company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Qualifications: o 40 years old and below o Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE and at least 2 years in a team leader or managerial capacity. o Proven track record of closing primary market deals o Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial property markets is an added advantage

Requirements

Recruit, train, and lead a team of 3-4 Sales Executives. o Drive property sales across both residential and commercial projects. o Develop and execute effective sales strategies and monthly action plans. o Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team. o Maintain deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, pricing trends, and customer needs.
