Job Summary:

Auxilium Hub Corporate Services is seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Manager

with a proven track record in the

UAE corporate services sector

. The ideal candidate should have at least

5 years of industry experience

, with a minimum of

3 years in a managerial sales role

. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Develop and implement sales strategies for business setup services (Mainland & Freezone), PRO services, and value-added offerings Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and after-sales support Monitor team KPIs, set performance benchmarks, and report on progress to senior management Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention Collaborate with internal departments (operations, legal, tax, finance) for seamless service delivery Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for the sales team Ensure CRM systems are updated with accurate sales data and reports

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in

corporate/business setup services

in the UAE At least

3 years of proven experience

in a

Sales Manager or leadership role

Deep knowledge of UAE Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation processes Strong understanding of government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills Strong communication and negotiation skills in

English and Hindi

(Arabic is a plus) Proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools Must be currently based in the UAE UAE driving license is a strong advantage
