To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our team with a sales Manager based in Dubai, responsible for managing sales and business development in the UAE and international markets, driving revenue growth and achieving strategic sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

? Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to ensure consistent business growth.

? Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Cyberdrone's goals and evolving market trends.

? Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the entertainment, events, and drone sectors.

? Own the full sales cycle--from lead generation to closing--while ensuring an excellent client experience.

? Monitor sales performance through data-driven insights, continuously improving client engagement and retention.

? Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

? Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in entertainment, drone shows, events, or hospitality.

? Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

? Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive sustainable revenue growth.

? Strong industry network and track record of client acquisition and retention.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40% of the time).
