We are seeking a seasoned

Sales Manager

to lead our high-performing team in Dubai's competitive real estate sector. This role is ideal for an accomplished professional with a proven track record in real estate sales leadership and a thorough understanding of Dubai's property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, setting clear objectives aligned with business goals. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that respond to market trends and customer demands. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of sales agents to ensure performance excellence. Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and client behavior to refine sales strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key stakeholders. Provide expert guidance on sales techniques, negotiation tactics, and customer relationship management. Continuously review and enhance sales processes to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance. Set and evaluate key performance indicators, driving consistent achievement and surpassing of sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment across operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; real estate certification is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the Dubai real estate market. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations, market trends, and buyer profiles. Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency, particularly in Arabic, is advantageous.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure, reflecting both individual and team performance.
