Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Dubai for a Sales Manager at VITALMED. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team's performance, meeting and surpassing sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The Line Sales Manager will also oversee operational activities, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and managing key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the Healthcare or Medical Equipment Industry Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to formulate sales strategies and translate them into measurable goals Demonstrated experience in motivating, directing, and inspiring a sales team to success Proven ability in analyzing sales performance data to develop actionable insights Adept at maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members Bachelor's degree in a related field
