Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, buyers, and sourcing agents.
Understand customer requirements and work closely with the production and merchandising teams to deliver on expectations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in sales within the textile/garments/apparel industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and growing client accounts in the B2B textile or garment sector.
Strong knowledge of textile/garment products, fabrics, production cycles, and export procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with international buyers and retail brands.
Understanding of garment costing and pricing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP systems.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
