Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Russian speaking sales manager to develop and manage sales opportunities in the Russian market, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth while being based in the UAE.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand presence in the Russian region. Identify, target, and approach potential clients and distributors in Russian markets. Understand market trends, competition, and customer needs in the region. Handle pricing, negotiation, and closing of deals. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or virtual meetings related to the Russian market. Maintain all documentation and communication in both English and Russian when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of international sales experience (preferably in Russian markets). Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) - mandatory. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of export documentation and trading regulations is a plus. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
