Job Description

A BMS Solutions provider in UAE, is currently looking for HVAC & BMS Sales Manager to based in Dubai , UAE. Fixed Monthly Salary of Dhs 5,000 Plus Sales incentives.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Sales function and explore market opportunities through proper market research and direct meetings.

2. Follow guidelines from management to estimate the budget & the target for the new financial year.

3. Direct marketing duties including technical presentation for clients, consultants and contractors.

4. Sales duties like generating inquiries, HVAC & BMS design including Controls, unit distribution, quote, negotiations and follow up to hit the Target.

5. Generate new project leads.

6. Maintain a database of all new and current Project.

Qualifications

Any relevant degree with attestation from UAE Ministry

The candidate should be above average knowledgeable in MS Office usage especially presentation skills

Should have a proven experience in HVAC & BMS Controls Sales in the Middle East.

Should be well presentable and well behaved

Should be proficient in English - Speaking and Written communication

Experience: 1-2 years similar sales experience in UAE with existing client base to start with. Freshers need not apply.
