Position: Sales Representative - Construction Materials

Role Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to focus exclusively on the construction sector, particularly in the sales of green building materials ( decorative plaster, special paint, and related building materials). The ideal candidate will have direct experience dealing with consultants, developers, and contractors, and be confident in handling client meetings, project discussions, and on-site visits. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relations:

Engage actively with consultants, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers to promote and sell our range of construction materials. Conduct regular site visits and client meetings, building strong relationships and identifying upcoming project opportunities. Understand client requirements and provide tailored product presentations, technical details, and pricing solutions. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to successfully close sales deals. Monitor the market for upcoming projects, tender opportunities, and new client leads. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads, client interactions, and project updates through CRM or sales tracking tools. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Market & Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date with market trends, new construction projects, and competitor offerings. Continuously enhance product knowledge to position our offerings effectively. Provide feedback to management on market demands and client needs to assist with strategy planning.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the construction or building materials industry. Existing network or experience working with consultants, developers, and contractors is highly preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. UAE driving license is mandatory; willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
