Job Description

-Bachelor's Degree Holder.
-With pleasing personaity.
-3 Years and above experience in an interior fit out company.
-Motivating, coaching, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.
-Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting quotas, and managing the sales pipeline.
-Monitoring and evaluating sales performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
-Developing and implementing effective sales processes and systems.
-Tracking sales data, compiling reports, and providing insights to management.
-Managing the sales budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
-Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes and customer service.
- Identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
