The Opportunity: mystayinn is experiencing rapid growth, and we are expanding our presence in the vibrant Dubai market. We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new property listings across Dubai. This is a critical role for our expansion, requiring a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape and a proven track record in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: Listing Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and engage with property owners, real estate agents, and developers in Dubai to secure new short-term rental listings for the mystayinn platform. Present the value proposition of mystayinn, demonstrating how our platform simplifies property management and maximizes rental income for owners (referencing features like the "intuitive dashboard," "automated booking and payment processing," and "guest communication tools" as highlighted on your website). Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners to bring their listings onto the mystayinn platform. Guide new owners through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of their properties and data. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify key growth areas, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes within the Dubai rental market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive listing acquisition targets in Dubai. Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine our offerings and messaging for the Dubai market. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business and referrals. Act as a primary point of contact for property owners in Dubai, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with mystayinn services. Sales Performance & Reporting: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly listing acquisition targets. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics regularly. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the Dubai market. Work cross-functionally with customer support and operations to ensure a seamless experience for property owners once onboarded. What You Bring: Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales and business development experience, ideally within the real estate, hospitality, or technology sectors, with a strong focus on B2B sales. Dubai Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including an understanding of rental regulations, property types, and key players. Existing network within the Dubai property owner community is a significant advantage. Results-Driven: A highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant plus). Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, online communication tools, and demonstrating platform functionalities. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
