Role Overview:

We're seeking a driven

Sales Manager

to expand our client base and drive revenue growth across our integrated branding, experiential fabrication, and tech services. You'll champion NexRevive's value proposition, build long-term partnerships, and close deals that align with our mission to elevate experiences and master projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and target SMEs and enterprise clients needing branding, fabrication, or tech solutions (websites, apps, ERP).

Consultative Selling

: Understand client pain points and position NexRevive's end-to-end services as the solution.

Revenue Growth

: Meet/exceed sales targets by leveraging our portfolio (e.g., exhibition stands, signage, digital campaigns).

Client Relationships:

Foster trust through transparency, ROI-focused pitches, and post-sale follow-ups.

Market Intelligence:

Track trends in branding, retail environments, and digital transformation to refine strategies.

Ideal Candidate

:

- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in

branding, fabrication, events, or tech services

.

- Proven track record of closing deals ($50K+ projects) and managing client pipelines.

- Strong network in UAE/SME sectors (advantage).

- Ability to translate creative/technical offerings into client ROI (e.g., "Our fabrication reduces your event costs by 20%").

- Entrepreneurial mindset--thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.
