Reports to: Director of Operations / General Manager

Role Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue across all Contrast Wellness locations through strategic sales initiatives, implementation of new wellness packages and bundles, and effective management of on-site sales teams. This role requires strong leadership, commercial insight, and excellent client communication to ensure sustained business growth and a premium customer experience.

Requirements:

o Proven experience in a sales management role (3+ years), preferably within wellness, spa, fitness, or hospitality industries.

Strong commercial and analytical mindset. Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing decentralized teams. Strong knowledge of POS systems, CRM software, and sales reporting. Passion for wellness and modern health concepts is a strong advantage. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with flexibility required. Includes occasional evening and weekend work to align with studio operations and client needs.
