Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for software products, customization services, outsourcing solutions, and call center services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending events, and leveraging existing client relationships.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports through CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and offerings.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in sectors like banking, telecom, retail, and government.
