Develop and execute sales strategies to increase rental car bookings and revenue
Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing training and performance evaluations
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to optimize rental offerings
Oversee the rental fleet, ensuring availability and proper vehicle maintenance
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance
Implement customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and offers
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
5-6 years of proven experience in car rental sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
Knowledge of fleet management and car rental operations
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
