Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager - Air Conditioning (AC)

to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the air conditioning product line. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the AC segment. Manage and lead the AC sales team, including setting goals, training, coaching, and performance monitoring. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through pre- and post-sales support. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry. Strong technical understanding of AC systems (residential, commercial, or industrial). Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
