The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets through the sale of residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires deep knowledge of the real estate market and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
Identify new sales opportunities, client segments, and potential partnerships.
Set and monitor individual and team KPIs; provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
Support the team in client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations when necessary.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of property proposals, pricing strategies, and market analyses.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and property owners.
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and branding strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and revenue reports to senior management.
